SECTION-1 PLAYERS RULES
1 – 1 Players must at least 18 years old or older, and must be a Filipino by blood or by birth
1 – 2 Players must wear proper uniforms (tops and short) during schedule games, and pays the necessary payment for uniforms.
1 – 3 Players must pay $20 registration fee and the $100 membership fee For the whole year before the start of the season
1 – 4 Players attendance, any miss games with – out a valid reason shall be penalized.
1 – 5 Player’s behavior during games. a. Under the influence of drugs and alcohol are not allowed to play the games. b. Abusing a referee’s will be given a warning, second attempt, technical and a possible league suspensions or fines. c. c. Punching, elbowing, and kicking during games will be fined, thrown out of the game immediately and will be ban from playing.
1 – 6 any player found to have fixed a game shall be disqualified from the league and subject for fines.
1 – 7 any player who fails to abide with the existing rules and regulation of the TFS, will be given sanction to be carried out by the Management.

SECTION–2 TEAM RULES
3 – 1 Participating teams must have at least five (5) players during the games, failure to do so will result in forfeiting the game.
3 – 2 Players playing time must at least 8 minutes during the first half, and 8 minutes on the second half. Failure to follow this rule will result In forfeiting the games and subject for fines.
3 – 3 Each teams must have at least three- (3) player’s representative during games
3 – 4 Any teams found to have been engaged in point sharing, game fixing, and or any form of malicious intent to take advantage with the opposing team shall Be disqualified in the tournament and subject for fines

SECTION–3 TFS PLAYERS DRAFT
4 – 1 Formation of the teams will be selected and drawn by the TFS management (6 – teams representative) during Christmas break.
4 – 2 New players will be drafted by the teams, drafting rules; teams with lowest win in regular season will choose first and so on… 4 – 3 Non active players wants to come back in the league, will be put in waiting list and will be added if any teams picks him up and subject to management approval.
4 – 4 Player who wishes to change teams must inquire both teams representative, coaches and under management approval.

SECTION–4 FINES AND SUSPENSIONS
5 – 1 Players not wearing the proper uniforms; A. 2 shot will be awarded to the opposing team. B. Second attempt, fine of $2.00 and so on.
5 – 2 Teams with 4 players only during games (default) pay $30 for gym fee)
5 – 3 Fighting during games will result in fines and suspensions.
5 – 4 TFS officers reserved the rights to eject or ban any players who present unacceptable behavior during the tournament

SECTION–5 MISCELLANEOUS
6 – 1 In the event of game protest, the coach should write the protest incident on the score sheet after the game. Signed by both coaches and the game referee.
6 – 2 All written protest will be dealt with the TFS representatives and the decision made is final
6 – 3 All coaches and team representatives
